Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Last Updated: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Player”, “you”) and CanadaStrike Canada Ltd. (“CanadaStrike”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing canadastrike.com, creating an account, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using our platform. CanadaStrike reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before taking effect.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with CanadaStrike, you must:

  • Be at least 19 years of age;
  • Be physically located within the Province of Alberta, Canada at the time of play;
  • Be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under applicable law;
  • Not be self-excluded from CanadaStrike or registered on SelfExclusion.ca;
  • Not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of CanadaStrike or its affiliates, technology providers, or regulatory partners;
  • Not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met. CanadaStrike reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration & Verification

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts (“multi-accounting”) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to regulatory authorities.

CanadaStrike is required by law to verify your identity before processing withdrawals and may do so at any time during your account lifecycle. Verification may require submission of government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and source-of-funds documentation. Accounts that cannot be verified within the required timeframe will be restricted.

4. Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amount is CAD $10. Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately; delays caused by payment processors are outside our control.

CanadaStrike does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may. We accept Interac e-Transfer, VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Available methods may change without prior notice.

CanadaStrike reserves the right to decline deposits or request additional information where there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or money laundering.

5. Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amount is CAD $20. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. CanadaStrike may require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal.

Interac e-Transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. CanadaStrike does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank may apply their own charges.

CanadaStrike reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending investigation of any suspected rule violation, fraudulent activity, or regulatory inquiry. In such cases, you will be notified and the matter resolved as promptly as possible.

6. Betting Rules

All bets are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and event type as displayed on the platform at the time of placement. By placing a bet you confirm you have read and accepted those rules.

CanadaStrike reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or limit bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors or system faults; match-fixing or integrity concerns notified by a sporting body; events abandoned or significantly altered; technical malfunctions; and any bet placed after the official result is known (“past-posting”).

Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day and are displayed within each market. Payout limits are subject to change without notice.

CanadaStrike may at its sole discretion limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual player, or restrict a player to certain markets, without explanation.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions are subject to separate terms and conditions displayed at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets, time limits, and maximum bonus conversion limits. These specific terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, one per household/IP address/device. CanadaStrike reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Errors in promotional terms (e.g. incorrectly listed odds multipliers) may be corrected without liability.

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, arbitrage, using prohibited payment methods, or any form of bonus abuse will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all bonuses, and forfeiture of any winnings derived from such exploitation.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the CanadaStrike platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform;
  • Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
  • Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity manipulation;
  • Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity;
  • Opening multiple accounts or using another person’s account;
  • Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities;
  • Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
  • Any activity intended to defraud CanadaStrike, other players, or payment providers.

Violations will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to AGLC, AiGC, law enforcement, and relevant sporting authorities.

CanadaStrike shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
